I’ve become active in the Unitarian community, where I have found a freedom to believe what I need to believe and to learn from people who have their own beliefs. I think the idea of community is the most important thing to me sharing ideas with people, but also feeling a connection to a community that is free of dogma is important to me. There’s a pretty active Unitarian community in Washington. You might want to check it out.
Hi Ingrid! So good to connect with you here. We were members of a Unitarian Church here for a while before we moved to El Salvador. During the years we were away, the church went through an internal crisis and many people left. Now that we're back, we're in the midst of church shopping. Glad you found a community where you feel free to explore and learn from others!
